We'll say a few words and share a toast! Then... Sushi Rolls, Steak, and Puerto Rican food! Our great friends Hidetake Takayama, Taiji Kuroda will serve Sushi rolls, Steak and more. Edwin's family will also provide classic Puerto Rican food, yellow rice & beans as well as pork shoulder (Pernil) available for all to enjoy. We'll also have some vegan options available.

We will look our best while still being comfortable and encourage our guests do the same. It's going to be hot and humid out, we are NOT wearing suits or heavy dresses. We are wearing nice summery casual vibes appropriate for a special occasion.

This event is catered by our friends Hidetake, Taiji. Edo's family is also providing Puerto Rican food. We'll also have fruits, snacks and small bites available.

We are providing simple drinks like beers, club soda, and some wines. We definitely encourage BYOB as well and we'll have a couple of coolers on hand to keep the drinks cold. We'll have some juice, water and soda on hand too!
