When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that everyone please RSVP by July 15th so that we can have an accurate count for the catering and seating. You can RSVP here on the wedding website or you can call or text the number listed on your invitation.

What if I don’t RSVP, may I still come to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

No, an RSVP is required. Due to limitations for the reception meals, accomadations will not be made for those who do not RSVP. This will be strictly enforced.

What time should I be there?

Please arrive by 4:30. The wedding will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

What if I am running late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at five o'clock in the evening. If you arrive late, you will not be permitted to enter into the ceremony.

6) What should I do in the event I/we can't make it ?

Answer

As soon as you know your plans have changed and/or you are not able to attend, please let us know asap so that way we can make the necessary changes as everybody is accounted for catering.

How many guests can I bring?

Answer

Although we would love to accomodate everyone who wants to come and celebrate our big day with us, unfortunately we can only accomodate those people noted on the invitation.

Are children invited?

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we hope you understand that we are only inviting children of the immediate family. This is an excellent time for you to have an elegant and fun evening.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is formal or cocktail attire. No jeans or sneakers please.

Can I take pictures/video?

Answer

You cannot use your cell phone or other electronics for video or photos during the ceremony. We have hired professional videography and photographers to capture our moments and do not want camera flash, cell phone ringers, or persons standing/extending their arms to capture a picture to interfere with those shots. We will happily share our photos once they are available.

When can I take video or pictures?

Answer

Anytime except during the ceremony. You are welcome to "go live" and take photos or video BEFORE THE CEREMONY and anytime AFTER THE CEREMONY. When taking video/pictures during the allowed times, please yield to the videographers and photographers to allow them the space to get the shots they need to capture. Use #DevotedtoDaniels so that everyone will be able to find each other's pictures from the wedding when posting to social media.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund in lieu of the traditional household gifts. We are blessed to have two of everything already and would like to avoid more duplication. We have the honeymoon fund registry set up here on our Zola wedding website. If you would like to give us a gift card on the day of the wedding instead of using the honeymoon fund registry we've set up, we will have a box set up for gift cards. You will be able to drop your gift card in the box upon entering the reception.

Do I/We have to stay at the hotels recommended

Answer

No, if you wish to stay some place else please feel free to do so. The hotels chosen are near by and is just a convenience should you need to be close to the venue.
