These bread rising baskets yield a better rise, a crunchy ribbed crust, and superior texture for which European breads are known. Also used as serving baskets, the bannetons are made of natural cane in Vietnam. They are easy to use: Flour the banneton and place the kneaded dough in the basket for the final rise.
