The cocktail hour & reception will be held on the MacVane's private family property, in Ballston Spa, NY. We will be providing transportation from the Ceremony to the Venue for guests that are interested.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs is a full service, upscale hotel located in the historic downtown Saratoga Springs. Embassy Suites is within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of Broadway, Congress Park, and Bethesda Episcopal Church, which is where our ceremony will be held. We were unable to block rooms due to the popularity of Saratoga in the Summer, so we strongly recommend booking as soon as possible!

What is the wedding attire?

Black Tie Optional with a pop of color- Tuxedos are welcome, but definitely not required! Dark suits and colorful formal dresses or gowns are encouraged! (Not mandatory of course)

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
Complementary shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding venue for guests staying at the hotels listed on our website! You are also more than welcome to drive, or uber. We will have parking at the venue.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests whose names are listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that only those addressed attend.

Due to the popularity of Saratoga in the summertime, we were unable to block rooms for the wedding. We highly encourage guests to book as soon as possible, using the information we provided under the "travel" tab. We sent a memo to all out of town guests ahead of time in an effort to ensure everyone is able to get a room!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outside, and the reception will be both inside and outside.
