Please arrive at 2:30 pm for a ceremony start time of 3 pm! We recommend that you leave yourself ample time to get to the ranch due to traffic from the quilting festival.

55 Seat Bus from Bend to Sisters
55 person bus leaving at 1:30pm from the Safeway parking lot across from the Campfire Hotel in Bend. Same bus will leave Pole Creek Ranch at 10:15pm to drop you back off at the Safeway. This bus is only making one trip to and from Sisters, so sign up for a seat if you/your group would like to take the bus! All others will need to drive/ uber to the wedding venue. Please note that ubers/lyfts are likely limited in number due to the somewhat remote location of the ranch. Click 'View' Below to Sign Up!

Quilting Festival
The town of Sisters, Oregon hosts a giant quilting festival each summer. Unfortunately it is the same weekend as our wedding, making it much more challenging to find/reserve hotel rooms. That said, we've got you covered! There is a description under each of the hotels listed below that will tell you how many rooms are reserved and how to book them. Of course you are more than welcome to find alternative accommodations!

Things To Do
Park & Float - Tumalo Creek Tube Rentals
One of our favorite things! Float the river during down time over the weekend.
Smith Rock State Park
Visit the place we got engaged! It can be extremely hot in the summer, so we recommend you go before 11 am.
Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint
Drive or hike up to Pilot Butte Scenic Viewpoint for a full panoramic view of the mountains!
Deschutes River Trail
Want to venture out of Sisters and check out Bend? We recommend you park at REI in the Old Mill District and walk along the river trail towards downtown Bend!
Tumalo Falls Viewpoint
One of our favorite waterfalls! This can be as simple as parking and walking 20 ft to view the main waterfall, or you can make it into a hike and view 5-6 more waterfalls if you continue hiking on the trail. Search "Tumalo Falls Viewpoint" in GOOGLE Maps for best directions, or click the 'View' below. Note - before reaching the parking lot, you will travel on a very mellow dirt road for about 2 miles.
