What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will open at 3pm, an hour before the ceremony starts. We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to give yourself ample time to to get to the ceremony site from the arrival point and take a seat.

Will the reception take place at the same venue as the ceremony?

Will the events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will take place outdoors. The later part of the reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Expect warm weather during the ceremony and for temperature to go down as the evening progresses. We suggest sunglasses for the ceremony and a light jacket or cover up to keep warm for the reception.

Yes! There is free on-site parking.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding?

What type of food will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

There will be small bites before the ceremony. During cocktail hour, we'll be serving some stationed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert. All plant-based. (Sorry, not sorry!)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be serving cocktails and mocktails. Shots will not be served. Note: the only alcohol that is allowed during the pre-ceremony and reception is from our bartender. If you're seen with "illegal alcohol," we (but really, you) will be fined.

What do you suggest men to wear so they're adhering to the dress code?

Answer

We totally don't expect you to wear a red or pink suit. Feel free to wear a black suit with a collared shirt that matches the color palette. Alternatively, a white shirt with a tie that matches will also work. Gray and brown suits are also approved. (Maybe watch How I Met Your Mother and get inspo from Barney?) Good luck!
