Our Story

If you had asked either of us ten years ago if we would have imagined things turning out the way that they did, we probably would have (respectfully) burst out laughing! Dudu and Sphe? City vs country. Contemporary vs conservative. Tswana vs Zulu. Let's not even TALK about the differences in music taste! But as it is written: "man looks at outward appearance, but God looks at the heart" - or in this case, the TWO hearts which He had faithfully been working on separately and steadfastly as well, until each was ready to awaken to the other. Dudu and Sphe? No other combination seems to make more sense! (Of course! This awakening process didn't happen at the same time for both parties involved. Nor did it happen in the same fashion. For Dudu it involved lots of tossing and turning and a name change to Single Sally - as many of her friends knew her - while for Sphe it involved many interrogations and failed match-making attempts from friends. But that is a story for another day!)
