Is there going to be any food?

Answer

Yes! We have a charcuterie table for cocktail hour and tacos with beans and rice for dinner! We will also be having various dessert s and coffee to close out the night.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

Although, we would love to celebrate with everyone we are limited to a certain amount of guests. All additional guests have been indicated on your invite.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that everyone confirms their attendance by 04/01/2025. This will give us enough time to coordinate with our venders.

What will there be to drink?

Answer

We will have an open bar from 3:30pm until 9:00pm with beers, seltzers, wine and champagne. We will not be offering mixed drinks or serving hard alcohol per the venues requirements. We will also offer water and sodas.

What happens if I do not RSVP by April 1st?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by April 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide final guest count to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2:00pm at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hilmar. The church is large enough to sit all of our guest comfortably, but please plan on arrive at least 15 minutes early so the ceremony can go smoothly. The reception venue is about a 10 minute drive from the church. Cocktail hour will begin at 3:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It’s an outdoor wedding at the end of May, so dress comfortably. Semi Formal to Causal is fine.
