Group migration to beach for ceremony

7:45 pm - 8:00 pm

The ceremony location is directly down the beach access road from Sou'wester Lodge (approximately 1/2 mile). It's up to you if you'd like to make the short stroll or drive. Vehicles can be driven out and parked on the beach or there is parking along both shoulders of the paved access road. NOTE: This is a public road so paved parking near the beach may be limited as sunset approaches.

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held on the beach at sunset. The coast in the Pacific Northwest is typically sunny to overcast this time of year, but rainfall is not uncommon. It will take more than a sprinkle to get us to move the ceremony inside so please come prepared with the proper attire to spend a short time in the elements if need be.

Registry

Family and Friends, as many of you may be aware, Donny and I have been learning French and now have the opportunity to spend two weeks in France this summer with our classmates, accompanied by our professor serving as a personal guide. In lieu of gifts or a traditional honeymoon, we would greatly appreciate any contributions towards this enriching experience. We are both eagerly anticipating visits to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Versailles, Moulin Rouge, and numerous other iconic Parisian landmarks and museums. Additionally, our itinerary includes a trip to Normandy to visit the D-Day beaches and a hiking excursion in Chamonix, located in the French Alps. We are immensely excited about this unique opportunity and look forward to sharing our experiences with all of you upon our return.
