If you've been to The Five-Eighty to try our darts, axes, or golf, you had to sign a waiver. We've made that process much easier and have gone digital. Even if you've already been in and signed one of our paper waivers, we need you to sign the digital version for our records and quick retrieval of your information when you come in!! Go ahead and get that process taken care of at your leisure, on your own device before you come in! We can't wait to see you!
