Our story began long before we ever called it love. We've know each other since childhood, growing up side by side in the same small town. In middle school, we became close friends, and that friendship slowly turned into something deeper. On July 4th, 2015--while sitting on a picnic table at our small town ice cream shop, underneath the town fireworks--he asked me to be his girlfriend. We were just 15 and 16, young and in love, not knowing we were starting a forever kind of story. Nine years later, on July 4th, 2024, in the most full-circle moment, he asked me to marry him with sparklers lighting up the night. And now, here we are--getting married 10 years later in 2025. From childhood memories to high school sweethearts, and now to forever--this is our story. Nuestra historia comenzó mucho antes de que la llamáramos amor. Nos conocemos desde la infancia, crecimos juntos en el mismo pueblito. En la secundaria, nos hicimos muy amigos, y esa amistad poco a poco se fue profundizando. El 4 de julio de 2015, sentados en una mesa de picnic en la heladería de nuestro pueblito, bajo los fuegos artificiales, me pidió que fuera su novia. Teníamos solo 15 y 16 años, jóvenes y enamorados, sin saber que estábamos comenzando una historia para siempre. Nueve años después, el 4 de julio de 2024, en el momento más especial, me pidió matrimonio. Y ahora, aquí estamos, casándonos 10 años después, en 2025.
