It was soooo crazy how we met… I can’t remember who inboxed who first! But we start communicating January 19, 2022… then we exchanged numbers a couple days later…. Then he asked me out on a date… our first date was January 22, 2022… We were both honest from the jump… neither of us was forcing anything…. We became so close during that time… we was FRIENDS before anything! On my Birthday February 28, 2022… he had a whole night plan for me… he showered me with gifts and a 5 star dinner… out of all the things he did for me that night… it was one thing that meant the most to me… he made me a card and asked me “Will you be my girlfriend” that meant sooo much to me…. And he got the kids permission before he even presented it! However as y’all can see I said yes! lol! Time went by, he fell in love with my kids instantly and they definitely fell in love with him! Now they are “OUR KIDS” It wasn’t the material things, it was the unconditional love shown and how he treated US! We went through the good, bad and the ugly with each other! We both knew marriage was an ultimate goal for us. Fast forward to December 2, 2023… he had a whole day plan! By the end of the night he had most of our family and friends there by his side to ask me “Will you Marry Me” of course I said YES! So here we are! The future Buchanan(s) a family of 4… just know we are genuinely happy!! And can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together!
