FAQs

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving Friday afternoon or evening if you'd like to have time to settle in and explore Spokane and enjoy the area with friends and/or family.

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Spokane International Airport (GEG), located about 2 miles from the wedding location.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We don't have a formal hotel block but we've shared some hotel recommendations on the "Travel" section.

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

A car can be helpful if you'd like to explore the area during your stay, but Uber and Lyft are also available throughout Spokane.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Garden party/ backyard wedding attire. Think relaxed, elevated and comfortable - sundresses, linen, florals, light suits, etc. Since most of the celebration will be outdoors, we recommend comfortable footwear for grass and uneven ground.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will primarily take place outdoors in a backyard setting. Spokane evenings can cool down, so bringing a light jacket or sweater is a good idea.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to celebrate with your families. We'll have a kid-friendly area and a bouncy castle so little ones can join in on the fun too.

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We're planning a relaxed, community-style celebration with lots of good food, drinks, desserts and gathering together.

Question

What's the vibe of the wedding?

Answer

We're keeping things relaxed, warm and family-centered. Like a big backyard summer gathering with the people we love most. Expect good food, music, dancing, kids running around and a cozy Pacific Northwest atmosphere.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our ceremony be completely unplugged. Please keep phones and cameras tucked away so our photographer can capture the moment without screens in the background, and so everyone can be fully present with us. As soon as the ceremony is over, we would absolutely love for you to take and share as many photos and videos as you’d like throughout the rest of the celebration!

Question

Where can we upload photos and videos from the wedding?

Answer

We'd love to see the weekend through your eyes too! We'll have a shared album where guests can upload any photos and videos they take throughout the celebration. We'll also have QR codes posted around the wedding for easy access. Upload photos & videos here: https://app.kululu.com/thetademas
