Transition 1

2:45 pm - 3:00 pm

With the ceremony concluded there will be a transition to the meal portion of the reception. As tables go into position, please help out by bringing your chair to the table of your choice.

Reception Meal

3:00 pm - 4:15 pm

Brisket Potato Salad Ranchero Beans and all the Trimmings Tea, water and coffee to drink

Transition 2

4:15 pm - 4:30 pm

After the meal the floor must be cleared of tables and chairs in preparation for dancing. Please help by clearing your table of any trash, plates, and cups.

Reception Fun

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Get ready to celebrate! The reception is packed with music, dancing, sweet treats (cake!), and some classic wedding fun with the bouquet and garter toss

Square Dance

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Consider joining The Happy Couple for a square dance following the wedding festivities! Club donations will be collected at the door.
