A cozy and chic space designed to delight your senses. Within the original estate building, completed in 1881 as a private residence, you'll find a number of elegantly appointed hotel rooms offering stylish accommodations. Rooms in the Mansion are situated above the restaurant and lounge areas, with views of the valley below. In the property’s original Carriage House, several studio suites are accessed through their own private lobby entrance, honoring the building’s equestrian history. The historic charm of the estate enchants each space, with no two guest rooms alike. Pets are welcome! Is anyone lucky enough to have a mini-horse?! There is plenty of space for your pups so feel free to bring them along. Don't forget to pack a swimsuit to enjoy the glorious salt-water pool.

Travel & Stay

Healdsburg, located in Marin County, has typically mild to warm temperatures in October. With moderate humidity, a good amount of sunshine during the day, and cooler evenings. For those of you flying in for the festivities, the local airport, Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport, is just a 15-minute drive from the hotel. SFO and Oakland Airport are also convenient options and are about 1.5 hour drive to Healdsburg. For those staying at the Madrona, check-in is 2pm on Friday, October 24. A reservation has been made in your name, you’ll just need to provide a credit card upon check-in. Welcome Gathering

Friday October 24 For those arriving Friday, we'll be hosting a casual dinner at local restaurant Little Saint, from 5-8pm *just a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Little Saint is a 100% plant-based restaurant, coffee bar, wine lounge, cocktail bar and events venue located in downtown Healdsburg. Little Saint is dedicated to climate justice, animal welfare, and kindness for all beings with a mindfulness of sustainable practices. The farm is where it all begins... Little Saint Farm is an 8-acre regenerative property and source of the vibrant vegetables and hand-cut blooms that shape their seasonal menus, and fill the space with color and care. Grown with intention, everything harvested here is rooted in their commitment to soil health, biodiversity, and community. Expect tasty bites, friendly faces, and good vibes! We look forward to seeing everyone, introducing you to one another, and kicking off our LOVE celebration!

Ceremony & Reception

Saturday October 25 *** ATTIRE *** Cocktail stylish. Think flowy and comfortable with shoes that work on grass. We recommend bringing a light layer for a potential evening breeze. 5:00 PM • GARDEN CEREMONY We begin our sacred union with a heartfelt ceremony on the South Lawn surrounded by greenery, soft blooms, and the people we love. 5:45ish • COCKTAIL HOUR We'll stroll up to the Oak Deck patio for oysters, light bites, and refreshing drinks with plenty of smiles in the "golden hour" light. 7:00 ~ 9:00pm • DINNER We'll take our seats for dinner al fresco on the Oak Deck under the trees and twinkling lights. *** A lounge area will be set up on the lawn Saturday afternoon. You can look forward to enjoying some fun activities like croquet and other games before our ceremony begins. WEEKEND EVENTS

Doug proposed on Bell Rock in Sedona. We each walked separately around the "rock" and met up on the other side. My hands were swollen so the ring only fit on my pinky!
