Update: We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone! We love our family and friends and want to share the joy that is in us!
Some of you have asked, how did all of this happen so fast. Lincoln and I will laugh, because, for us we know that for us this has been years in the making, revealed in the past three months... We ran into one another at Shepherd's Conference in March, but we knew (at least I did) instantly that this was God's gift and blessings bringing us back into one another's lives. Lincoln was always there for me and has had the biggest heart I can remember. He is a strong man of God and always seeking the Lord first. God in His mercy used these last years for us both to bring us to Himself (God) first and foremost in our salvation and then sanctification. I could not be more grateful and in awe at the mercies of the Lord to bring us to this point. Every aspect of our courtship has been a blessed answer from above and assurance that this is God's will and not of our own making.
Lincoln has a way with words and definitely a way with my heart. ... He will be sharing a more in-depth history here, so stay tuned. We will share our testimonies and story more at the Ceremony. Thank you for being a part of our big day!

The Soon to be, Bannons
“Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate." Matthew 19: 4-6

Officiant
Christ is the one, supreme authority for the church (1 Corinthians 11:3; Ephesians 1:22; Colossians 1:18). Practically speaking, this means that all aspects of body life must conform to His will and standard as found in the Scriptures, including (and especially) church leadership. At Pleasant Valley Bible Church, we affirm God’s plan for pastoral leadership in the local church, which is a team of godly, gifted, tenderhearted, biblically-qualified men called elders (1 Timothy 3:1-13, 1 Peter 5:1-5). As those who have been entrusted by the Lord Jesus with authority to lead the flock and direct the affairs of the church, elders must do so as servants of Christ and of the people of God, following in the footsteps of the Good Shepherd. We are so thankful to have Pastor Sam supporting us through this wedding and marriage. Pastor is faithful and diligent to carry forth his calling in Christ! Thank you for your help and care over us.

My best friend from years of teaching and dear Hermana in Christ! We loved working side by side with one another for years at Aspire Public Schools and found ways to live the gospel in our teaching, even through some difficult times like COVID and lockdowns. Jocelyn is a sincere ray of light and joy. She is the most thankful and joy filled kiddo I know. She is very caring and mindful of others at a young age. A blessed example of how Lincoln and I know one another! Danae and Chris were the mentors who shared the gospel and biblical principles & lifestyle with Lincoln and I, years ago.
