3:00 PM – Ceremony • 3:30–4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour (during this time, couple + family take formal photos) • 4:30 PM – Couple joins cocktail hour briefly to greet guests • 5:00 PM – Guests seated for reception dinner • 5:15 PM – speeches/toasts • 5:45 PM – Dinner service • 6:30 PM – Cake cutting & dessert • 7:00 PM – Reception activities (games, mingling, open dance floor) • 7:30 PM – Couple steps out for sunset photos • 8:00 PM – Dancing + music continues until end of night

Can I bring my own alcohol

Answer

No, we have our own liquor license therefore illegal to bring anything in. ALL alcohol must be ran through our bar. If outside alcohol is found, you may be asked to leave. There will be one staff member as well

Can we bring children to the ceremony

Answer

We kindly ask that babies not attend the ceremony. The space is quite small with only one exit, and sound carries easily in the room, which can make it uncomfortable for little ones (and for guests). There is also no AC or heating available. We’ll be keeping the ceremony short and meaningful, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Per the state of MO we are not allowed to have anything other than beer, wine, champagne, and sake.

Can I leave my car overnight

Yes, you can but MUST be picked up the following day before 10am
