Have dinner first - We will only have charcuterie and drinks. Arrive whenever you want. We're just gonna hang in the backyard and sing songs that are easy to play on guitar... oh yeah there's a small piano here too if anyone can play. (This event was formerly at the beach, had to move)

Registry

41b064cc-e1ce-4f8a-b76e-1b0b45c40bfe
We really don’t want anyone to feel obligated to buy us things but so many requested a registry that we’ve added a few things for the kitchen, our dog Rooster and cats Banjo and Dallas, and the gnome garden we’ve begun. Also we are really into puzzles!

FAQs

Question

HOW TO PARK AT THE WEDDING

Answer

Park on McBroom, see photo of map in gallery. Provide your email so we may send you a printable map for parking.

Question

Why are we getting married at Peacock Hill Ranch?

Answer

When our friends Tina, Isa and Cody kindly offered to host us at their fabulous home we had to say yes! It's a 7 acre ranch for boarding horses and some of the boarders do give riding lessons and trail rides in the nearby open land. Look out for the peacocks roaming around!

Question

How did we meet?

Answer

We met during Covid and wore masks for the first two weeks of dating! There was nothing to do but walk around the neighborhood so we did get up to some hijinks and decorated some neighbors' yards with various flotsam and jetsam. Some of our work still stands 3.5 years later...

Question

Why Garden Trolls on our registry?

Answer

We recently started adding garden gnomes to our yard when David made us a custom hippie gnome. We are trying to keep up with the neighbors! Please know we won’t judge you if you refuse to buy us a garden gnome.

Things To Do

Manhattan Beach Bike & E-Bike Rentals & Repairs

3616 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

Rent bikes and take the beach trail as far as Redondo Beach, or take a short ride north and find the beach hangout on Sunday morning. I haven't used this place but it has good reviews.

Paddle Method - SUP lessons, rentals, and tours

14110 Palawan Way, Marina del Rey, CA 90292

Rent a paddle board and you can paddle out from this easy marina. There are little stingrays on the bottom here but they've never harmed us.

Truxton's American Bistro

8611 Truxton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90045

We eat here most Friday nights. Fish n chips all the way. $$

The Arthur J

903 Manhattan Avenue, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

Nice little steakhouse/bar with excellent service. Must have reservations. We like to choose the high-top seating. $$$

Playa Provisions

119 Culver Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90293

Great breakfasts here by the beach. Make a reservation to sit inside or go to the takeout line and take it right out to their patio. They also have dinner, but we haven't tried it. $$
