Wear sturdy shoes/hiking boots/sneakers to climb; bring the dress shoes in a backpack!
Darren & Krista will hike together to the summit for sunrise pics at 7:00am-kids to meet at the halfway ledges for 7:30am. It's a gentle 1.1 mile hike to the halfway ledges where we will do the ceremony; should take about 45 minutes at a slower pace to get there.

We rented a beautiful cabin from 10/17 to 10/20 for all of us to stay for the weekend in Waterville Valley, just a 7 minute/2.7 mile drive to Welch Mt. It has 4 bedrooms/9 beds/2.5 baths.
