Darrell and I initially met on an online dating site. We met in person for the first time at Sims Park, a place I hold near and dear to my heart. I remember thinking wow he is tall. We became friends and would hang out occasionally, one night in November of 2023 I was not feeling well, so Darrell came and took me to get soup, while at the restaurant he reaches over and scoots me in closer to him, and then the goodbye hug was just a little too long. That night I felt something shift. Darrell left for California to visit his sister and we talked and facetimed the entire time. When he returned in January of 2024 he pretty much told me he was my man! From that day forward we were inseparable. This past year has been full of adventure, Love, growing, and learning each other, He is an amazing person with a beautiful heart! I cant' wait to become Mrs. Wade.
