Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is the closest major airport to the venue. A shuttle from the hotel to the venue will be available before the wedding at 4:15 PM and another shuttle will be available from the venue to the hotel after the wedding is over at 10:15 PM.

A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at the Red Hawk Casino and Resort (1 Red Hawk Parkway, Placerville, CA 95667) Call the reservations department at (888) 573-3495 and ask for the Darbo-Springer Wedding room block. (Code: 2505DARBOS) Reservations in the block will not be able to be made online and the cut-off date to make a reservation in the block is April 29, 2025

Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. The ceremony will be held on the front lawn.
