Flight
If you are planning to fly to Denver for our wedding, we recommend flying in and out of DIA. With our venue being centrally located, you can easily use your favorite ride share (Uber, Lyft, etc.)! If you're staying longer and would like to rent a car, there are many options with direct access from the airport.
Train
If you are planning to fly into Denver International Airport, you can also take the train from DIA to downtown Union Station in about 30 minutes. This will put you near plenty of great hotels and about 5-10 minutes from the venue!
Hotel
This is where we will be staying Saturday night, and may stop for a drink following reception festivities. We've blocked rooms at a discounted rate- be sure to use our code (linked below) when booking! Additionally, this is ~5-10 minutes from our venue. House Or Rental
If you are looking to experience some of the fantastic historical homes Denver has to offer, we recommend checking out the Whittier neighborhood on Airbnb! Located 10 minutes off the highway, nestled next to City Park, the History Museum, Denver Zoo, and plenty of great cafes, you are sure to love your stay. We might be biased since this is the neighborhood we call home! Neighborhood insight: This part of town is full of family homes, so it will be quiet with great walkability. Proximity to venue: 10-15 minutes by driving or ride share
House Or Rental
The Lower Highland (also known as LoHi) area has plenty of spacious homes and new condos that are located in a bustling part of town. In this area you will find great local restaurants and one of our favorite late night snack stops - Little Man Ice Cream! Our venue is located in this neighborhood. Neighborhood insight: This part of town will be a bit busier with plenty of night life and great walkability. Proximity to venue: 5-20 minutes walking
House Or Rental
The Washington Park (also known as Wash Park) area is great if you are looking to get away from the downtown area, but still take in all the great homes in Denver. In the Wash Park area you will find lots of small cafes as well as a fantastic park for walking, riding bikes, or just having a picnic. Neighborhood insight: Lots of big family homes making it a quite place to stay with great sidewalks all leading to the park. Proximity to the venue: 15-20 minutes driving or ride share
Hotel
This option is within walking distance of the Ballpark, Union Station, and many of downtown Denver's busiest centers. Additionally, it is 10 minutes from our venue
If you’re making your travels into an extended vacation or would like to attend a concert before our wedding festivities- we highly recommend checking out Colorado’s most beautiful venue: Red Rocks Amphitheater. You are also welcome to join us the morning of our wedding for a hike around the Red Rocks Park to experience the venue in a quieter atmosphere. Check out our schedule and RSVP for donuts and coffee following the casual hike!
The aquarium is a great activity for families with kiddos. Please see their website for tickets
Check out their website for upcoming baseball games!
Cocktail Attire
Both! Happy Hour and Dinner will be served outside on the patio while our ceremony and dancing will be inside. September is typically a moderate temperature in Denver, but we always plan for the evening to start to cool off.
