Her Side

While Cameron and I went to the same school growing up, we didn't officially meet until the winter of 2019 when I started hanging out with his group of friends. For the first few weeks we didn't talk one on one, but I had the biggest crush on the quiet but funny, mullet haired boy. Time passed and we slowly started talking more. Cameron would come visit me in between my classes, and we started talking over the phone when we were not together. By March we were inseparable. During this time I was offered an amazing opportunity to further my career, but it meant moving to Georgia. Before Cameron this would have been the easiest yes of my life, but thinking about leaving my best friend behind made this "yes" not so easy. I knew I could not give up the career I had been working so hard for so on May 7th, 2020 I decided to tell Cameron I was moving to Georgia.... in less than 2 weeks. When I told Cameron, with tears in my eyes, that I was moving to Georgia he wiped those tears away, pulled out an eternity anklet, and asked me to be his girlfriend. I remember laughing because all I could think was "I just told him I am leaving him and he asks me to be his girlfriend??". Before I could get another word out, Cameron told me he would go anywhere with me and that he would start packing his bags. A few weeks later, after I was settled into my new house and my new job, Cameron joined me in Georgia and we started the rest of our lives together. May 7th was going to be the hardest day and instead turned into my favorite day of every year, not just because its our anniversary, but because that was the day I knew there would never be anyone else other than Cameron Ray Yeary.

His Side

A long time ago, before we even spoke a word to each other, I had a crush on a very pretty girl who I shared the halls with in high school. She had long golden hair and could never do wrong and hung out with the smart kids. Well there goes my chance, I thought, she's too good for this ole boy. A couple years later I began messaging her to let her know I noticed her. We started going to the same parties and I couldn't take my eyes off of her. We finally started getting closer and hanging out. On Valentine's Day of 2020 we got each other something and it felt so natural because it wasn't planned and we were both pleasantly surprised. A couple days later before I was able to get in my truck and head home after hanging out, I heard her sweet voice call me over for another hug and at this point I couldn't help but give her a kiss for the first time. That was the start of my forever love. We have traveled all over and have a perfect little family with our fur babies, Arlo, Marty, and Whiskey. I couldn't ask for a better life.

Wedding Party

Haley Sloan

Matron of Honor

Haley has been my best friend since the moment we met at the babysitters. I was always the shy kid, but Haley was the wild one. Growing up together was some of the best times of my life and what a joy it is to know that we will continue to grow up together. There is no one else on this earth I would rather have standing by my side on this special day.

Ami Mosley

Bridesmaid

While Ami may be my sister, I would choose her friendship in any lifetime. Having a friend in your sister is something so much sweeter than the blood between us. We may not have enjoyed each other as much when we had to share a room, but now I miss those days. Ami has taught me so much about friendship and love and it is so refreshing to know that what she taught me will always hold a place in my marriage.

Samantha Fleming

Bridesmaid

Samantha has always been referred to as "the bossy sister" and while that may be true, it just goes to show how much she loves and cares. We have a larger age gap which left us not becoming close until I was a bit older, but thank God we did because I could not imagine my life without her. Sam has taught me so much about myself, and life, and never hesitates to step into "boss" mode to make sure I am where I am supposed to be. I will forever be thankful that I was blessed with a sister like her.

Cloe Yeary

Bridesmaid

Cloe and I met the first time I went to meet Cameron's family. She was shy and quiet and I was sooo nervous she was going to hate me. Thankfully, almost 5 years later, she doesn't! Gaining another sister has been such a joy and nothing makes me happier than to know that she gets to celebrate in this upcoming day not just as a guest, or as Cameron's sister, but as my sister and my bridesmaid.

Teresa Polchin

Bridesmaid

Teresa and I met in preschool and instantly became friends. Thankfully we have continued that friendship all through our younger years to now, where she gets to support me on the most special day of my life. Teresa has always been the life of the party and I have no doubts that she will make sure everyone is having a good time on this day.

Blake Farmer

Best Man

Blake and I have been through it all starting from way back, ah man the stories I could tell. My mom babysat him and although I always looked at him like my little brother, he had an old soul. I admired how smart he was and how sure he was on who he wanted to be, thriving in horticulture and loves plants more than I do. He has always been a good listener through my good and bad time and I have a lot of respect for him. I am privileged to have Blake stand beside me as my Best Man on this important day.

Chad Brown

Groomsman

Big bad Chad, this ole boy was always getting me in trouble back in the day. Chad and I were partners in crime... especially when we were top dawgs at Wildwood. After a couple years of getting in trouble and hearing my mom's famous line, "I won't deal with no punks", Chad and I turned out alright. Even though I am a little bit older there are times where I look up to him due to his growth in life. Going from some punk to a hard working man and the confidence he holds in himself.

Jacob Chiles

Groomsman

Ole Fuzz! My mom used to babysit Jake so we go way back. We also used to work together shaking lemonade on the weekends to make some money for the summer, and I couldn't forget those days if I tried. Jake has always went out of his way to spend time together. Like when we were kids and he would ride his bike all the way from the square to my place just for us to ride our bikes to town together. Jake is a solid guy to have in your life. I am glad I got to grow up with him and for the continued friendship we have.
