Hotel Trundle is a 41-room boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Columbia and was named one of the 10 best historic hotels in the country by USA Today. Trundle is one of several hotels located right downtown. Others on/right off Main Street include the Sheraton, Marriott and Holiday Inn Express.

The Cambria hotel is one of Columbia's newest hotels, located in the Vista district not far from Main Street.
Flight
Columbia Metropolitan Airport
Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) will be the closest airport to downtown Columbia. Two other options are Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and Charleston International Airport (CHS). Both airports are roughly 1.5 hours away from Columbia.

South Carolina State House
Our Statehouse is right downtown, making it easily accessible. Take a tour or explore on your own and feel the magic of legislating surround you.
Soda City Market
A Saturday market down most of Main Street. Runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Find fresh produce, little goodies and bites to eat.
Columbia Museum of Art
Right in the middle of downtown. Go to Soda City on a Saturday and swing by the art museum.
Columbia Canal and Riverfront Park
A walking/biking path in Columbia alongside the Congaree River, minutes from downtown. Perfect if you're looking for outdoor exercise that doesn't include climbing up hills. Pop over to Bierkeller Brewing Company right on the water for German beer and food.
Re-Find Vintage Antiques
This is our favorite place when we want to browse some midcentury modern antiques and furniture. They recently moved to this new, much bigger spot that also includes vintage clothing.
Drake's Duck-In
We're a little biased (Daniel is a co-owner) but if you're in need of some fried chicken or in great need of a hangover dish, Drake's is for you.
Transmission Arcade
Solid drinks, great beer options and food (including vegetarian options). Plus, there's an arcade in the back. Don't forget to bring your ID!
Weco Bottle and Biergarten
Our favorite spot for every occasion. Had a bad day? WECO. Celebrating the end of a budget week? WECO. Need a drink to get through the 2024 election? WECO. Endless options of beer, cider, nonalcoholic drinks and food trucks.
Lula Drake Wine Parlour
A cozy, city bar feel in the middle of a southern downtown. Fantastic wine and spirits and amazing fresh pasta. We dream about their cacio e pepe.
