Venue: Club Roma Location: Tuscan Garden Please arrive before 5:00 PM to find a seat before the ceremony begins. A shuttle service has been arranged to transport guests to the ceremony. The shuttle will depart from Holiday Inn Express Niagara on the Lake at 4:20 PM.

The Celebration 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM| Cocktail Hour The Pavilion at Club Roma Join us for drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres immediately following the ceremony. 6:45 PM | Grand Entrance Please find your seats as we welcome the wedding party. 7:00 PM | Dinner & Toasts A seated multi-course dinner, followed by speeches and formal dances. 10:30 PM | Late Night Snacks Pizza and beignets will be served to keep the energy up on the dance floor! 1:00 AM | Last Call & Departure Return Shuttle: The shuttle will be available for return trips (11 PM and 1 AM) back to the Holiday Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake. Please note that you are welcome to leave cars at the venue overnight! A Note on Dietary Needs: If you have any food allergies or specific dietary requirements not mentioned above, please let us know in your RSVP notes so we can accommodate you.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn for our guests, which will also serve as the primary hub for our wedding-day shuttle service. You can make reservations by calling 1-800-465-4329 and referencing the group code "KDW", or by using the online link above. The special group rate is available until April 9th, 2026. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. A shuttle will operate to and from the venue. Niagara-on-the-Lake offers a quieter atmosphere, with easy access to some of Southern Ontario’s best wineries.
