How we met
As some of you know, we met while working at Byrna. It was almost love at first site (Ashley’s first thoughts when seeing him were “Gosh Damnit!”). Our first conversation was about how eggs at the store do not have baby chickens. We’ve only gotten closer and closer since then!
The Proposal
We were at my mom’s family reunion/birthday party. It was a beautiful windy September day. A majority of the time we mingled with family, introducing him to everyone. He had asked my dad for permission while we were there without me knowing it! Then, all of my immediate family came outside and my mom had asked a cousin to take a picture of all of us. As soon as the phone was ready to take the picture, he dropped to one knee and asked me to be his wife! It was a surprise for sure!

We ask that you please leave your littles at home if possible. The wedding party’s children will be in attendance for most of the evening.

Is there a dress code? What colors should I wear?
Answer
There is not a dress code. The bride and groom will be in all black and bridesmaids will be in burnt orange. Just be comfortable! If you are looking for colors to choose from, sunset colors are a great choice: Bright oranges, pinks, purples, maroons, navy blues & yellows!!

What time should I arrive?

We ask that our guest show up around 4 pm. The ceremony will begin roughly around 5.
