It's funny to think about how life brings people into your path who are meant to make you a better person. And although it is a very far-fetched cliché, I would like to give it our personal and real touch: It is curious how life brings into your path those who have the best, when you are at your worst, those who confront your weaknesses with their strengths, those who tell you 'yes, you can' when you say 'I don't want to anymore.' That is our story—one of love, growth, and continued perseverance. And today, by the same grace of life that has guided us, we have decided to join together for life. And after that August 2021 when, on a terrace, we said, 'Yes, I will marry you,' with rings made of aluminum foil, today we give reason to that little complicit joke from that night to become reality. We're (finally) getting married! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nuestra historia es una de persistencia, países y un par de gatos en el medio. Es curioso pensar cómo la vida trae personas a tu vida que están destinadas a hacerte una mejor persona. Y aunque sea un cliché muy trillado, me gustaría darle nuestro toque personal y real: es curioso cómo la vida te acerca a aquellos que tienen lo mejor, cuando estás en tu peor momento, a quienes enfrentan tus debilidades con sus fortalezas y a quienes te responden que 'sí, puedes' cuando tú dices 'ya no puedo más'. Esa es nuestra historia, una de amor, crecimiento y perseverancia continua. Y hoy, por la misma gracia que nos ha guiado a estar juntas, hemos decidido unirnos para toda la vida. Y después de ese agosto de 2021, cuando, en una terraza, dijimos: 'Sí, me casaré contigo', con anillitos hechos de papel de aluminio, hoy damos razón a esa pequeña broma cómplice, para que se haga realidad. ¡Nos estamos (finalmente) casando!
