We can decide as a group what to do or if you'd like to explore on your own you are free to do so. Some things to do include: shopping, hiking, golfing, frisbee golf, walking, wine tasting and more.

Question
I'm not staying at the Venue, where should I stay?
Answer
There are many hotel and Airbnb options available for stay in Estes Park. The town is quite small so wherever you choose will still be close! Please note that we have provided hotel options with different price points in the travel section.
Question
What time should I fly in on Wednesday May 12th?
Answer
Give yourself plenty of time. Denver International Airport can be difficult to navigate. It will most likely take an hour to get through the airport and to get your rental car. Also, it will take about 2 hours to drive up to Estes Park, so give yourself 3-4 hours total for navigating into town. Please note we will be having dinner on Wednesday May 12th, so book your flight in the morning/early afternoon.

Can I share a hotel room/rental car?
Answer
Yes! Please reach out to those you know that are coming to see if you can carpool or stay in the same hotel room/airbnb. If you need help figuring this out please reach out to us and we can help to find another guest who would like to share and split the cost with you.

How do I know if I'm staying at the venue with the Bride and Groom?
Answer
Please reach out to us to clarify whether or not there is room for you at the venue. If we have not reached out to you yet, please revert to booking your own stay.

Can I fly home sooner than Sunday?
Answer
Yes! Please do not feel obligated to stay for the whole trip. You can leave as early or as late as you'd like, just make sure your hotel stay accommodates your schedule.
