How we met
Well we met online, like most others in current times. Chatted for a while and decided to meet! IRL! Lol Fish creek park it was! We walked, we talked, we extended the date for dinner, we smooched……and here we are!

Our engagement
Dan started planning our Oregon road trip with a suggestion to get professional photos done on the trip. Viki was not a fan of that idea but Dan was persistent. Eventually we had our photo evening in Oregon and the photographer led us to a secluded beach only known to locals and only accessible at low tide. We ended up on a small area adorned with lights and pilllows that Viki assumed belonged to others, but which Dan had arranged and once there, Dan surprised her with a proposal, all captured wonderfully by the photographer (the plan all along!). She said yes, and the rest is history leading up to the big day in 2025!

Welcome guests! Summer is a busy time in the Shuswap (especially this weekend due to the Salmon Arm Blues Festival - very popular) so advance accommodation reservations are STRONGLY recommended.
