What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Please be sure you are seated at this time and ready to watch us say "I Do". Don’t forget your tissues!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code will be Formal attire. So put on your best dress and suit and get ready to dress to impress!

Are kids welcome?

While we do love your little ones -- we really do!! -- our wedding is an adults-only event. Due to venue space limitations, and the fact that we want you to enjoy yourself without having to mind your littles all night, we do appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you are able to celebrate with us!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer and good friend, Jackie Boyce to photograph our wedding ceremony. As such, we ask that our friends and family stay in the moment and join us in having an unplugged ceremony. After the conclusion of the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! We'd love to see the day from your perspective!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation or listed when you are sending your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Is that even a question? ABSOLUTELY! The bar will be open for the entire duration of the reception, so make sure to grab a drink and loosen up for some dance floor fun!

Do you have hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes, hotel accommodations are at the Harris Casino in Joliet, Il. It is located just a few blocks away from the Venue. When booking, please use the booking link in our accommodations section of our website for block information. Space is limited, so make sure to book your room.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available in two lots on both sides of the venue, one on Richards street and the other on Eastern Ave. If you have a little too much fun and are unable able to drive, please be safe and leave your car at the venue for the night. You will need to make sure it is picked up by 10:00am the next day.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence to celebrate us on this special day is really all we need. As we have lived together for many years now our home is full, in lieu of a registry we appreciate any contributions to our future home renovations. Our "Home Fund” can be found under the "Registry" section on our website. If however it's a gift you find, PLEASE be assured we will not mind!
