Children are welcome, but we understand that not all kids like formal events. Please feel free to bring your little ones if you think they'll have fun or leave them at home if you would like a child-free night. Just let us know when you RSVP!

Dress Code?

Answer

We're going with a Garden Party dress code. We would love for you to wear whatever makes you feel good! We recommend comfortable footwear that is suitable for outdoor terrain. For those who'd like further guidance: Think light and airy fabrics and happy colors. You could consider a cocktail dress, sundress, or pantsuit. Fun accessories are encouraged. Alternatively, a linen suit, a sport coat with dress pants, or a dress shirt and chinos could be a good choice. Full suits and ties are welcome but not required. If you are like us, you will just wear that one wedding outfit you have and that is totally fine too.

Who's catering?

Our food will be provided by Cali N Tito’s. Cali N Tito’s serves authentic Latin American food, and is a beloved spot amongst many UGA students and Athen locals. Below is a description of the entree items we will be providing: Entree options: Veggie cubanos feature sautéed onions, mushrooms, red & green bell peppers, jalapeños, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, zucchini, mayo, avocado, and salsa verde Steak cubanos are served with lettuce, grilled onions, pickled jalapenos, and mayo Fish burritos are filled with grouper, sweet plantains, red onions, lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, chipotle and Valentina sauce Chicken and veggie burritos are filled with grilled onions, green and red bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms with rice, beans, and cheese Various side options will also be available including but not limited to the following: veggie empanadas (filled with zucchini, bell peppers, potatoes, corn, and cheese) and avocado salad.
