What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Applewood Farms (579 E Parmeter Rd, Ionia, MI). Cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow the wedding ceremony.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception held in an open barn. There will not be air conditioning, so dress accordingly. In case of inclement weather, the wedding ceremony will be held in the barn.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. Those who do not have a plus-one will be prompted to RSVP for ONLY themselves.

We love your children, but our wedding will be a child-free event. Enjoy the night off to celebrate our special day!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We will be providing hors d'oeuvres and a charcuterie board during cocktail hour. There will also be a coffee bar available during cocktail and through the reception. Dinner will be provided following cocktail hour.

This will be a dry wedding, meaning no alcohol will be served. Please do not bring any outside alcoholic beverages onto the venue premises. We will be providing soda, water, and an open coffee bar all evening.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Cocktail hour will consist of hors d'oeuvres and a charcuterie board. We will be serving Olivera's Italian cuisine for dinner. The menu will provide chicken alfredo, chicken parm, house salad, and bread sticks. If you have any dietary restrictions, please plan accordingly.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that you leave your cameras and phones in your vehicle during our wedding ceremony. We understand you want to capture this special day, but save your pictures for the reception! We will have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony and reception. Feel free to take pictures following the ceremony, we just ask you keep the ceremony a camera/phone free space.
