Friday, May 1st at the latest. This helps us with planning and ensuring you will have food when it's time to eat.

We recommend showing up roughly 30 minutes beforehand to ease the transition between getting to the Venue, parking, and being ready to go!

Parking will be located along the dirt road leading to the Venue. The venue is a short walk from the road. If you need any assistance, please reach out to Dagan or Olivia.
