Attached to your invitation is a QR code to our wedding website where you can visit the RSVP section. We are asking that you kindly RSVP by September 1st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will not attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not be able to make it, Please notify Stephanie or Jorge as soon as you are aware.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 o'clock in the evening. We recommend you arrive by 4:45 to ensure enough time to comfortably be seated.

What if I can only make it on time for the reception?

If you are unable to make it to the ceremony or dinner portion please notify Stephanie or Jorge as soon as you are aware.

What is the Attire?

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in ALL BLACK semi-formal attire. Please avoid blue denim. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to (Your Name & Guest) if a plus one has been given. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although, we love your kiddos our wedding is an adult only event. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, and teens. We hope you can use this opportunity as a date night and appreciate you making accommodations to celebrate our special day with us!

Is there parking on site?

Answer

For your convenience, we recommend carpooling or utilizing Uber/Lyft due to limited parking at the venue. However, free metered parking is available on weekends in the surrounding area, and additional parking is available at nearby garages such as AC Hotel Tucson Downtown Garage, Centro Garage, City-State Garage, and Depot Plaza Garage.

Will the wedding be outside?

Yes, both ceremony and reception will take place outdoors.

Where can I find a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, for friends and family who have expressed interest a card box will be at the reception. We have also created a "Honeymoon Fund" located on our website.
