Flights are completely up to you, but we recommend arriving 2 days before the wedding but no later than May 19th, 2026. We kindly remind everyone to ensure they have their passports with them for travel. Additionally, please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date of the wedding, as this is often a requirement for international travel.

With Memorial Day on Monday, it could be a great opportunity to extend your stay and enjoy a longer, more relaxing getaway. Please remember, this is your vacation as well, so we encourage you to take the time to unwind and enjoy all the resort and city has to offer. Important Payment Dates: First deposit ($150.00) and second deposits (50% of total) are due by January 22, 2026. Final payment (Remainder) must be made by February 19, 2026. Cancellation Policy: Now through January 22, 2026: Deposits are fully refundable. January 23 – February 19, 2026: Deposits are non-refundable. The resort may charge fees for reducing the number of nights or guests. From February 20, 2026, onward: Cancellations are fully non-refundable. Once reservations are paid in full, the resort charge $50 per person for name change requests. Each room has a maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child. Rooms cannot accommodate 4 adults.
