4:00 Babysitters arrive Fenced spa area 4:00 Cake arrives Setup in living room 4:00 Bartender arrives Setup in living room 5:30 Adam Smart, caracature artist Setup in Family 5:30 Caterers Arrive warm food oven, cold living room 5:30 to 7:00 Guests will be getting caricatures drawn, family photos taken, enjoying happy hour drinks and snacks 6:50 Note: at 7:00 Adam will be leaving. 7:00 cake cutting and toasts living room 7:05 Buffet service 8:20 Round up guests Buffet service is ending. The Bubble Send Off by the kids will be at 8:30 Parents gather their kids. Babysitters will leave. 8:30 Bubble gun sendoff The 3 and 5 year olds get a gun to shoot bubbles 8:30 to 10:00 Free time to play together or with the kids. There are two rooms available to let kids sleep. 9:45 Bar closing Tell guests bar is closing. Make sure that the bartender has enough tips in his jar for the 5-6 hour shift. Overnight guests. 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Full brunch at 10 am. But don't worry. There willl be continental breakfast options available before 10 am for early risers and guests who have travel plans before 10 am. Find a breakfast burrito in the frig. There are mild and spicy. There are also muffins, coffee, fruit, orange juice, bloody Mary mix, and maybe alcohol from Saturday night.
