Crystal and Steven met at a close friend's birthday party at a restaurant/lounge. Crystal wasn't aware that Steven was looking at her, but their friend noticed and asked him, "Do you like her?" and he nodded yes. While he was standing next to her, one of Crystal's favorite songs was playing and she asked him, "Do you want to dance?" He replied no because he wanted to finish his drink. Crystal just laughed and said ok. She assumed he was either shy or he just didn't know how to dance. A couple of songs later, he finally asked Crystal to dance and they just didn't stop. The next day happened to be Mother's Day and he asked their friend for Crystal's number. Steven texted Crystal Happy Mother's Day and after that, their love story began!!

Crystal and Steven decided to go to Atlantic City to celebrate their 4th anniversary. Crystal had no idea he was planning to propose since he always ignored the conversation when talking about it around the family. After a good evening of gambling, eating, and drinking, they returned back to their room. Crystal was taking off her shoes and when she turned around, he was sitting with the engagement ring in his hand and that's when he popped the question!!! Crystal was so surprised that it took her about a minute to say yes. They will cherish that night forever.
