This is a backyard wedding but think garden party! Fun colors and patterns are encouraged. Garden party attire is whimsical, dressy, and designed to be worn outdoors. It typically falls somewhere between a semi-formal dress code and cocktail attire, with breezy silhouettes and pops of colors that take inspiration from the surrounding blooms. Since you’re dressing for an outdoor event, a garden party outfit should be just as comfortable as it is cute. For women, this means flowy dresses, breathable fabrics (such as chiffon or cotton), and shoes that are made for navigating uneven terrains. For men, you can’t go wrong with a lightweight suit in soft colors paired with a crisp white button-down, no tie required! PLEASE NOTE: There will be some uneven ground and stone so please consider this when choosing shoes. It may get a little chilly at night so you might want a coat for later.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres directly after the ceremony followed by a buffet with a selection of dishes and salads. There will be options for vegetarians/vegans available.

Typically in September the average temperature during the day is seventy three degrees and at night dropping to fifty three degrees. This is an outdoor event so please bring a coat if you feel like you will need one.
