We first met after matching on the dating app, Bumble. We talked on the phone and texted non-stop for four days before deciding we wanted to meet each other. We clicked so well and so fast over the phone; we were both so nervous to meet each other. We decided to stay in and watch a movie. We stayed up all night just making each other laugh, it felt like we knew each other for a lifetime. The night ended with Dean asking me to be his girlfriend. We both knew it was crazy because it was only the first time we met, but something just felt so natural. We were right.

After a year and a half of dating, Dean told me he wanted to take me out for a surprise to celebrate this milestone together. He told me to dress up nice and get a jacket because it was cold where we were going. I had no clue where we were going until we got to the tramway. He said we are taking the tram and having a nice dinner at the restaurant on top of the mountain. I started to think that tonight might be the night, but as the night went on, HE DID NOT DO IT. We finished our dinner and I thought that that was the end, at least I had a good night out with my love. He said that we should go watch the view until the next tram came. As we were looking over the view of the city lights, he got down on one knee and popped the question!
