Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal with a bold & bright flair. This means we encourage polished and elegant vibrant attire, such as full suits paired with dress shirts and ties, formal dresses, or sophisticated jumpsuits. Fun patterns and luxurious fabrics like silk, chiffon, or satin are encouraged. Dress length can range from floor to midi, depending on your preference. For footwear, dress shoes or heels (for walking on grass) are perfect, and accessories like statement jewelry, pocket squares, or a stylish clutch can elevate your look. Are kids welcome?

We have chosen to make our special day (ceremony and reception) an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you can still join us for the big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue is minimal. If you don't require special accommodations or your car isn't packed to the brim with carpooling guests, we kindly ask that you take advantage of our transportation service. Shuttles will begin picking up guests at 3:15pm from the 24-hour parking lot across from Endless Orchard Cider (203 Bighorn Way, Chelan, WA 98816), just 2 miles from the venue. Arrive early and enjoy welcome drinks while you wait! The shuttle will run back and forth throughout the evening, with the final return trip after the venue closes at 10pm. Thanks for rolling with us (literally) and helping make the day seamless for everyone.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request guests arrive between 4:30-4:45pm. We have listed 4:30pm as the start time, but we will actually begin the ceremony just thereafter. With that being said, please arrive no later than 4:45pm, as the ceremony will begin before 5pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed it in your invitation. If you did not receive a plus one, we appreciate your understanding of our space constraints!
