Timeline for the day

Bright and early! We are having a non-traditional ceremony and reception. The day will begin with the ceremony at The Farm from 9:30AM - 11:30AM. Guests should arrive around 9:00AM - 9:15AM. This will be an intimate ceremony shared with close friends and family. Following the ceremony we will have time to share a bite to eat/drink and share each other’s company. Following the ceremony there will be a break in the day where everyone is free to explore Phoenix, rest and recover and do what they please. We will reconvene for the reception at Ocotillo 6:30PM - 10:30PM. This will be a bigger event and will be stripped of many formalities and will be a large gathering of friends and loved ones who we hold dear. This gathering will embody what we hold most dear which is spending time with loved ones in a beautiful space surrounded with good food and drinks to celebrate a special day in our lives.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, there will be food at both events. At the ceremony there will be breakfast pastry’s and beverages. At the reception there will be heavy appetizers, desserts and beer/wine/cocktails.

Is there parking at venues?

Answer

Yes, there is on site parking at both venues. The farm has gravel parking on location and directly across the street. The reception venue has on site parking as well that is more limited. The reception venue is located in uptown Phoenix and there is plenty of street side parking in the area. See parking map below in the Gallery.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire. The ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area so choose footwear accordingly. The reception held during the night will be at a local restaurants beer garden which is a covered open air space where there will be heaters (if needed). See travel for links of venue and pictures.

The ceremony will be held outside in the morning. Phoenix weather during this time of year has highs in the mid 70’s to low 80’s. The reception will be also be held in an outdoor setting that is covered in an open air space. There is a fire pit and heaters at reception venue.
