Ceremony

Please dress in semi formal/cocktail attire. We encourage everyone to add a touch of elegance and western flair. Wear comfortable shoes!
Please note that this is an adults-only celebration, including both the ceremony and reception. Parking is available beyond the green gate, where a dirt road leads to a gravel parking lot next to the barn and river. Once this lot is full, alternative parking can be found in the lot outside the gate/venue, followed by a short walk to the barn. If possible, please try to car pool. The ceremony site is nestled on the Colorado River in Arapahoe National Forest. Guests are welcome to arrive early to fish with the requirement of a valid CO fishing license, and/or enjoy the area. Please bring your own equipment and adhere to the 'pack in, pack out' rule. Be advised that only vault toilets are available at this location, with regular restrooms provided at the reception. We will have a live band ready to perform by 4 PM. To ensure a prompt start to the ceremony, please arrive 30 minutes in advance. We look forward to your presence on our big day.

Please join us for an evening of dinner and dancing at the Gateway Inn, including dinner, drinks, live DJ, photo opportunities, and more! Parking on site. After the ceremony ends around 5 PM guests can start making their way to the gateway Inn where they can enjoy cocktails and appetizers. When entering the gateway you will be directed down stairs to “The Den” where we will share our intimate celebration. Please be aware it can be difficult to book a taxi or Uber in grand lake. Please ensure to have a back up plan so you make it home safely.

Things To Do
Grand Lake, CO
Grand Lake is a charming town offering numerous activities. The lake itself is Colorado's largest and deepest natural water body. If you plan to stay Saturday (or the weekend), consider strolling through downtown and exploring the unique local shops and restaurants. The area loops down to the lake, where paddle and fishing boats are available for rent. You can also stop by the snack bar and indulge in a delicious burger and ice cream cone. During her childhood, Courtney spent many summers in Grand Lake and enjoyed numerous meals with her late grandmother, Jeanie, at that very snack bar.
Lake Granby
Lake Granby, Colorado's third-largest lake, boasts stunning vistas of the Rocky Mountains. Rent a boat or bring your own, and all water activities, including jet skiing, are permitted. Lake Granby is known for its abundant trout and kokanee salmon populations. Located right off Lake Granby in Cutthroat Bay is Courtney's grandparents' cabin. Her childhood was filled with boating, tubing, swimming, fishing, and exploration. Brent and Courtney have developed a shared passion for the area. It is indeed a heavenly place on earth.
