Please RSVP by MARCH 1st through the RSVP form on our website. We ask that you kindly respond as soon as possible so we can finalize out headcount.
If we do not recieve your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as a 'no'. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with final guest counts. Thank you for understanding.
In effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your invitation/RSVP will be accommodated. If you have received a plus one, they will appear on the RSVP. Thanks for understanding.
Although we love children, we want to make this a fun space for adults to unwind and celebrate. Due to this, unless kids are indicated on the RSVP or invitation... Keep them at home.
The ceremony will start at 5 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before.
Our venue offers parking onsite!
Dress to impress!! Our wedding is formal. The theme is Garden Party. We highly encourage floral print dresses, brighter colors, light colored suits. Here is a link with outfit ideas: https://pin.it/6lQq9Jwww You will be asked to leave if you wear any of these following colors. *Avoid White, Ivory, Cream, and solid colored pastel dresses*
Why yes! Drinks will be on us, and the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly, and coordinate a SAFE ride home ¨̮
We will also have a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony. This will take place the day prior to the wedding. Anyone is welcome to attend. We encourage guests to carpool if they can. A little about the purpose of a tea ceremony: The ceremony is a way for the groom and his family to formally ask for the bride's hand in marriage and to honor the bride's family, parents, ancestors, and relatives. The attire will be semi-formal, and if you want to truly immerse yourself into the culture/celebrate come in an Ao Dai!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoor. The reception will be indoor.
If you are flying, please fly into KCI. We will not block off hotels, but there are many hotels and housing accommodations throughout Topeka and Lawrence. If you choose to stay in Lawrence the venue will be a 30 minute drive.
