Rehearsal

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

THIS IS FOR THR WEDDING PARTY ONLY! We would like to have everyone here by 5pm so we can start wedding rehearsal. We will practice for a hour and a half.

Rehearsal Dinner

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

We would like to have rehearsal dinner start at 6:30 and we will have chili and cornbread. We would like to be finished by 8pm at the latest.

Brunch

7:00 am - 7:45 am

THIS IS FOR THR WEDDING PARTY ONLY! We would like to invite the wedding party to brunch before we head to the venue to get ready for the big day!

Arrive at venue (wedding party)

8:00 am - 8:30 am

Everyone in the wedding party should arrive anywhere from 8:00 to 8:30 at the latest so we can get ready with plenty of time.

Hair and makeup

8:30 am - 9:00 am

Lady’s please get your hair and makeup started.

Getting dressed

9:00 am - 10:00 am

We would like everyone to start getting dressed and ready.

First look for Bride and Groom

10:00 am - 10:40 am

We will do the first look starting with the bridesmaids seeing the bride and the groomsmen seeing the groom. Afterwords the bridesmaids will see the groom and the groomsmen will see the bride.

Wedding party photos

10:40 am - 11:15 am

Everyone will get their pictures taken

Guest arrive

11:00 am - 11:45 am

We would like guest to start arriving

11:40 am - 12:00 pm

Wedding party members should be doing finishing touches or bathroom breaks and getting ready to lined up to walk out on time.
