Mackenzie + Corey were married in a private ceremony in Ireland on September 6. It was a small, intimate affair that was perfectly us. Now that we're back, we want to celebrate our marriage with you — our closest family and friends!
Call it a reception, a cocktail hour, or a happily ever after party (we're partial to that last one), we just want to celebrate with all the people we love and who have helped us get here today. We'll have small plates, hors d'oeuvres, and an open bar. You bring the fun!
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

We can't wait to see you! Show up as you're able, stay as long or as little as you can, and please, please eat and drink to your hearts' content. The couple will say a few quick words around 4:30pm, but we're here to say hi whenever you stop by. 👋 open house style - drop in whenever you can! 🍽 hors d'oeuvres and small plates 🥂 open bar
Hotel
There's a parking structure (called First and Washington Parking) directly across from the venue. That's probably the easiest option, though you're more than welcome to shoot for street parking or park in one of Ann Arbor's many parking structures across town.
Our room at the venue is on the second floor - you can enter using steps in the front or the back of the venue. There is also an elevator for those who need a more accessible option. To use the elevator, just ask the doorperson and they'll be happy to direct you to the right spot!
Arrive whenever is best for you! We're running this after party open-house style, so drop in whenever sounds good, and feel free to leave whenever works best for your schedule.
Yup! We chose to have a very small destination ceremony with immediate family in Ireland. Our official wedding date was Sept. 6, 2023.
Though we had a destination wedding, we'd still love to celebrate with all of the family and friends we love back home. This party is a very small way for us to say "thank you" to all of you who've had such an impact on our lives and our relationship.
Since Corey's from the east side of Michigan and Mackenzie's from the west, Ann Arbor seemed like the ultimate midpoint. Plus, you can't beat the food and nightlife in the surrounding area if you're looking to make a day or weekend out of your trip!
Not in Ann Arbor on November 18. The Wolverines are playing in Maryland - we chose this weekend specifically so none of us have to deal with the crazy Big House traffic!
