Schedule

Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Saturday, October 10, 2026

Nuptial Mass

12:00 pm

Queen of Heaven Catholic Church
4220 Seneca St, Buffalo, NY 14224

Reception

3:30 pm

Cocktail hour will be held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., followed by dinner and dancing.

Travel

Here are several hotel options for our out‑of‑town guests! We recommend booking before the Bills release their schedule this spring if possible, as availability may become limited and rates may increase if a home game falls on that weekend.

Hotel

Staybridge Suites Buffalo by IHG

164 Slade Avenue, West Seneca, NY 14224

This hotel is located in West Seneca, same as the wedding events, and is just an 8‑minute drive to the church and about 15 minutes to the reception. It’s also roughly 10 minutes from the stadium if a Bills home game happens to be scheduled that weekend.

Hotel

Hampton Inn East Aurora

49 Olean Street, East Aurora, NY 14052

This hotel is located in nearby East Aurora, a charming village known for its bars, breweries, and the famous Bar-Bill Tavern—home of the bride and groom’s favorite wings. It is approximately 15 minutes from both the church and the reception, and about 17 minutes from the Bills stadium.

Hotel

Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Downtown/Canalside

125 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203

For those who prefer to stay downtown, this Marriott sits just steps from KeyBank Center, offering convenient access to restaurants, bars and the Canalside district. It is close to major thruway entrances and approximately 15 minutes from the church, 20 minutes from the reception, and 17 minutes from the Bills stadium.

Things To Do

Canalside

44 Prime Street, Buffalo, NY 14202

Buffalo’s waterfront district offers walking paths, boat rentals, seasonal events, and great views.

Niagara Falls

332 Prospect Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14303

One of the world’s most iconic natural wonders is just a short drive away. Visitors can enjoy scenic overlooks, boat tours, and beautiful parkland.

East Aurora Village

East Aurora, NY 14052

A quaint suburb known for its historic Main Street, local shops, breweries, and the famous Bar-Bill Tavern—home to some of the region’s most beloved wings.

Highmark Stadium

1 Bills Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127

Home of the Buffalo Bills and located in Orchard Park. Depending on the NFL schedule, there could be a home game the day after the wedding, which we know that some of our guests (and the bride and groom) are hoping for.

FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive 10–15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow ample time to be seated.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests dress in semi‑formal attire. Examples include cocktail or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, button‑down shirts, blazers, slacks, or dress shoes. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults‑only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun, relaxing evening with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refer to their invitation for plus‑one details. If a plus‑one was included, their name or "guest" will appear on your invitation.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at both the church and the reception, with lots located directly on the premises.

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Ebenezer Ale House and Rusty Nickel Brewing Co. are both less than a mile from Queen of Heaven. Each offers a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere for guests with time between the ceremony and reception. Feel free to stop in, relax, and enjoy a drink before heading to Kloc’s Grove.
