With the rain, we still will have a brunch at the South Beach Pickle Ball court Club house across the street from the pickle ball courts. The brunch will still take place from 11am to 1pm. Stop by whenever you want. We’ll see you all soon!

The ceremony promptly starts at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive no later than 4:30 p.m. There will be refreshments and live music to enjoy while you wait for the ceremony to begin. Following the ceremony, Sea Pines Trolleys will be available to take guests to the Beach Club where cocktail hour and the reception will take place.

For those late-night partygoers, join us back in the Ocean Lounge for an After-Party. Enjoy delicious late-night bites and drinks to keep the fun going! Transportation will be available back to Harbour Town and the Courtyard Marriott Hilton Head Island.

- To Ceremony at the Magnolia Room - Shuttles depart from Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head (79 Pope Ave): 4:05 PM 4:35 PM Shuttles depart from Harbour Town near the large playground (147 Lighthouse): 4:30 PM (For rain coverage, there is a covered area near the shops but be sure to look out for the Trolley) - To Reception at Ocean Lounge - Shuttles will run continuously from the ceremony following its conclusion. Please board the Sea Pines Trolleys following the ceremony. - Late Night Return - Shuttles depart from the reception beginning at 11:00 PM with stops at: Liberty Oak Tree – Departing at 11:10 PM Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head – Departing at 11:20 PM Additional shuttle will run continuously throughout the night. If you'd like to stay right in the action, we recommend staying at the The Inn & Club at Harbour Town. Rooms are limited so book as soon as possible. *We do not have a room block here so you would book on your own.

The Sea Pines Resort has over 100, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas/homes that are available for booking. We recommend getting a villa/home to enjoy a long weekend getaway. A 4-night minimum stay is required. When searching, look at places within Harbour Town of Sea Pines.
Flight
We recommend flying into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport and renting a car or getting an Uber/car service for the 1-hour drive to Hilton Head. Ubers are not readily available on the island so it may be preferred to have a car to make the most of your weekend.

If you would prefer to land directly into Hilton Head, we recommend flying into Hilton Head Island Airport. There are limited direct flights so you'd likely be connecting however once you land, you will only have a ~20 minute drive to Sea Pines.

Get a famous Salty Dog T-Shirt or have a delicious low-country bite at the Salty Dog Cafe. They have live music, outdoor seating and marina view. It's one of our favorite low-country spots!
Eat at one of our favorite restaurants in Sea Pines with views of the lighthouse and ocean. Great low country food in an elevated setting!

If you are staying at the Courtyard Marriot Hilton Head Island, we will have transportation picking up guests at 4:15 p.m. If you are staying at the Inn & Club at Harbour Town or a Harbour Town villa, you will be within walking distance to the ceremony space. If you are staying at any other location, you will need to find transportation to the Liberty Oak Tree at Harbour Town.
We will be providing Sea Pines Trolleys to take guests to the cocktail hour and reception. There is no need to worry about transportation during the wedding!
We will have transportation taking guests back to the Courtyard Marriott Hilton Head Island or Harbour Town at the end of the reception (11:00 p.m) and After-Party (11:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.). If you choose to join us for the After-Party, we will have a rotating shuttle service that will take guests back to the Courtyard Marriott Hilton Head Island or Harbour Town.
We've chosen for our special day to be an adult-only occasion.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures and videos during the ceremony so that we can all enjoy the moment together.
We have a room block at the Courtyard Marriott Hilton Head Island outside of the Sea Pines gate. If you prefer to be closer to the action, we recommend staying at the Inn and Club at Harbour Town or renting a villa in Harbour Town.
We recommend pre-scheduling an Uber or car service especially if you are landing later in the evening. You can take an Uber to the island or rent a car for the wedding weekend.
