What’s the dress coded?

The ceremony is black tie think formal attire like suits, ties, elegant dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. Please avoid wearing white or green, as those colours are reserved for the bridal party. The after-party will be more relaxed with semi-formal attire. Come polished but comfortable!

What should I do if I can’t attend?

We completely understand that plans can change! Please submit your RSVP by September 30th, 2025 even if you’re unable to attend so we can finalize our guest count and seating arrangements. If anything changes closer to the wedding date, kindly reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible.

Will there be an event before the wedding?

Yes! We’ll be hosting a Stock the Bar Party, a fun pre-celebration where we’re asking guests to bring a bottle to help stock the bar for the big day. It's a casual get-together to kick off the festivities before the wedding! Date and details will be sent out soon.

What’s on the menu for the reception?

Answer

Since our ceremony will be later in the day, we’ll be starting with a cocktail-style reception hour, followed by the ceremony, speeches, and appetizers. It will be casual, not a formal sit-down dinner we just want everyone to relax, mingle, and have a great time with us!

Where to Fill Out the Liability Form for the Wedding?

We kindly ask that each guest attending the ceremony, reception, and after-party complete a quick liability form, as all events will be held on a friend’s private property. The form will be emailed closer to the date using the contact information you provided in the book at the engagement party. Please be sure to sign and return it promptly either through the link provided or by emailing it directly to the address listed below. Important: For liability insurance purposes, we’re required to have a completed form on file for every guest. If the form is not submitted, unfortunately, you won’t be able to attend the celebration. Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Children are welcome only at the ceremony and reception, and only if they were included on your invitation. We kindly ask that no children attend the after-party, as we want you to be able to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the night with us!

Will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, so please arrange your rides to and from the event in advance. On-site parking will be available, but overnight parking is not guaranteed—we’ll confirm closer to the date. If you require overnight parking, please contact the bride, groom, or a member of the wedding party. Whenever possible, we encourage arranging a ride instead. Absolutely no drinking and driving—your safety means the world to us!
