Parking at the venue is a parking garage location at 1 Cumberland St Charleston, SC. Please do not park at the meters as they are 2 hour time limits and cars must be moved to different zones. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to take a seat.
10:00 am - 1:45 pm
There will be a cocktail hour straight after the ceremony, at this time there will be hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Brunch Stations will be available starting at 11:30.
Travel Note
Please stay anywhere in Charleston or surrounding areas that is pleasing to you. I recommend staying within 30 minutes of downtown Charleston which includes the areas of West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Folly Beach or Johns Island. My personal recommendation on location would be a hotel on Savannah Hwy in West Ashley or downtown Charleston. If help is needed finding a hotel please reach out to me.
Flight
This is the closest airport to downtown Charleston, it's about 30 minutes away.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 9am so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to give time to park, sign our guest book and take a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter. Thank you for understanding.
We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal). Please no jeans, shorts or hats and avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories and creams.
Yes weather permitting! If rain is in the forecast everything will be moved indoors. Please note- the weather in November is possible highs of 60s with lows in the 50s.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best photos which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors will exact guest count by October 3rd. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
For the ceremony we are having open seating. Please choose any seating that is to your liking but just avoid the seats in the front that are marked reserved. For the reception everyone will be assigned a table.
