Things to See in Barcelona

A beautiful Art Nouveau hospital complex turned UNESCO World Heritage Site. Less crowded than many major attractions and absolutely worth a visit.
Montserrat
A beautiful mountain monastery about an hour from Barcelona with incredible hiking and views if you want a day trip outside the city
Fundació Joan Miró
A beautiful modern art museum with works by Joan Miró, peaceful galleries, and incredible views over Barcelona. Great if you want a quieter afternoon activity.
Sagrada Familia A must-see in Barcelona. We highly recommend a skip-the-line guided tour here — there is so much detail you would otherwise miss. Book ASAP!
Park Güell
Designed by Gaudí as a planned residential “garden city” and now one of Barcelona’s most famous parks. It is filled with colorful mosaics, unique architecture, and lovely views of the city.
Poblenou One of our favorite neighborhoods in Barcelona — a little quieter and more local-feeling, with great boutiques, cafés, and beaches.
